For Marilyn with love from Dolce & Gabbana

When we think of the "Marilyn Dress" we usually visualize something like the dress below. The image of the white halter dress with the plunging neckline and flirtatious flowing skirt instantly comes to mind.

Though I love the classic version of the dress, as you all know I'm CRAZY about prints and recently discovered in V magazine a new take on the "Marilyn Dress" by Dolce & Gabbana. They've gone and put this iconic bombshell's face on several items from their Fall/Winter 2009 line, including: Mini skirts, silky tops & all kinds of dress shapes. Isn't it exciting?





And, I know it's not time for featuring my daily novelty print item, but I wanted to share this cute little mini dress I found on Etsy for sale by RetroWear.

She's now even more unforgettable with these beautiful clothes!

    Love Maryln, here style is the greatest. But that video, ahh I fell in love. Those dreses, the fashion style. They were gorgeous. Thanks for sharing

    I have a Marilyn purse from the early 90's that matches the print almost exactly, as that dress above the video. :)
