All the Pretty Dresses

This week's additions to the shop can't go ignored! Some true beauties have recently been added. This includes my new favorite item, the classic vintage sailor dress! I'm always looking out for sailor dresses because they are one of my very favorite styles, ever. There's something so romantic about them, I think!

Have a beautiful weekend! Today my immediate family and I are celebrating Thanksgiving since most of us have other plans on the actual holiday. This means I'll be stuffed by the end of the day. Stuffed and sleepy. ;) Can't wait for the candied yams, though! Yummmmmmmmm!

Pink & Navy Blue, Thursday Shop Update

Just added some goodies to the shop today. :) Among them, some of these pretty things to wear. I usually think of browns and earth tones for the Autumn season, but I'm very much loving the girly hue of pink and the classic look of navy blue right now. Enjoy!

Wednesday Wishlist :: Lace 'em Up! Boots for FALL 09

I know there are many cute boot styles to choose from around this time of the year; Slouchy, cowgirl, pirate, ankle booties and what have you...
My favorite are the lace-up boots!
Here are a few I'm really loving right now. . . oh, and I just told my sis which pair I want for my birthday (this month). . . so we'll see what happens. ;)

LadyLike :: Wednesday Shop Update

Pretty recent arrivals in the shop. Warm reds & violets. I love the draped bodice on that first dress! Do you like to dress like a lady? Hearing that sentence reminds me of girlhood memories of hearing, "sit like a lady" or "eat like a lady"... makes me laugh.

I think these are pretty clothes no matter how you sit or eat while wearing them.

Novelty Print of the Day -- PAGANNE Op Art MOD 60's Dress

I love bold op art prints from the 60's. They are always a treat for the eyes. This amazing dress from PlanetClaireVintage on Etsy has the power to immediately draw attention to the solid and striped geometric patterns adorning it. I think it works perfectly because it is only made up of two colors, black and white. Any more colors and it might be too much. Paganne signed. Simply STUNNING!

Earth and Sky :: Monday Shop Update

Here are a few items from the shop in the pretty colors of brown & blue. A couple of these are new arrivals, and there are a few markdowns in the shop this week as well. Feeling in high spirits lately, what with all of the Christmas songs on the radio now! I've been singing along in the car, and simply cannot believe that it's November already.

Also, I'm sorry I've been away from the blog recently, I've been pleasantly distracted these last few days... :) More details on that coming later. . . I hope! ;)
