She hit pause to say. . .

One of my very favorite photographers on Etsy, Matt Schwartz of She Hit Pause Studios was recently featured in Nylon Magazine.

I fell in love with his photos the moment I first saw them. The colors of these images make them seem like forgotten memories sometime between leaving girlhood and becoming a woman.

Ever get that feeling that you don't want to grow up? I have it almost daily.

Wednesday Wishlist, Highly Covetable Fall Favorites.

I'm letting out a little secret today. . . are you ready?
I keep my Etsy favorites private. I feel selfish admitting it, but usually I think that they will magically wait for me to purchase them instead of becoming someone else's first. Today, however, I was feeling that this little compilation of fall favorites was just too good to be true, and so I had to share! There's some part of me that misses show and tell in elementary school. So here my darlings is my, "Look what I found!" I've fallen in love with these particular pieces because they embody, to me, every perfect little detail for Fall. Plaid. Ruffles. Browns. Leaves. Metallic shimmmer. Color Block. High Waist. Military. Suede. And last but not least, probably my current Fall 09 favorite, the skirt suit!

Each and every one of these items would have such a well-deserved spot in my wardrobe if they were mine, but if they end up being yours instead, that's ok, I GUESS. ;P

Novelty Print of the Day -- LIME TWIST 1950's Full Cotton Skirt

Gosh, maybe I don't want to let summer go just yet! I don't mind the cooler weather but I fear the lack of sunshine and shorter daylight hours.

Fell in love with this 50's full cotton skirt immediately when I found it on Market Publique. Obviously made for summer, this cute LIME TWIST print skirt makes me want to make homemade limeade no matter what time of the year it is! :)

Well, fall is definitely showing it's cool face around where I live and along with the drop in temperatures we've had a little rain. With that in mind, I came upon this little cutie below.
